CT検査結果

CT検査の結果が出ました。

気になっている左側鎖骨の下の膨らみは一体何なのか、この結果からは分からないのですが、CTで見たところ怪しい物は映ってなかったようなので、ホッとしました。

首の左側にもちょっと気になる部分がありますが、悪さをしないものであればなんてことはないので、今後の体調に気を付けつつ様子を見ていきたいと思います。

これを何年も続けて行くのかと思うとそれはそれで若干具合が悪くなりそうですが。。。(^^;)

ちなみに検査の結果はこんな感じのレポートが届きます。だーっと英語で説明されても医療用語や体の細かい部位は？？？なので書いたものをもらえるのは助かります。病院の読影担当医のレポートで、CT画像を見た日と担当医の名前も記載されています。

肝臓にある1.8㎝とか1.6㎝とかのは良性の物のようです。 

CT SCAN OF THE CHEST WITH INTRAVENOUS CONTRAST:
INDICATION: Breast cancer. Exclude metastatic disease.
COMPARISON: No prior CT exams are available for comparison.
TECHNIQUE: Multiple axial images of the chest were obtained from the thoracic
inlet to the renal hila following intravenous radiographic contrast.
RADIATION DOSE PARAMETERS: CTDI dose 2.5 mGy CTDLP value 104.7 mGy-cm
CT dose optimization was performed using one or more of the following:
Automated exposure control.
Adjustment of the mA and/or kV according to patient size.
Use of iterative reconstruction technique.
FINDINGS:
Mediastinum and Great Vessels: The mediastinum, great vessels, and thyroid
gland are unremarkable.
Heart: Normal.
Lymphadenopathy: None.
Pleura and Pleural Fluid: None.
Lungs: No significant pulmonary infiltrates or nodules are seen.
Pulmonary Vascularity: Within normal limits.
Chest Wall and Surrounding Tissues: There are bilateral breast implants.
Upper Abdomen: A low-density area in the right lobe of the liver is rounded and
measures 1.8 cm in diameter. There is another with a similar density in the dome
of the right lobe measuring 1.6 cm and in the anterior segment of the right lobe
is a third lesion measuring 1.6 cm in size.
